Hey All, I'm back (finally)!!! Life has been super busy since my last post (which was a looooong time ago). We have added a Precious bundle of joy to our family (she is now 18 Months old) our oldest daughter is growing up into a beautiful Girl, excelling in First Grade, kicking butt in her Karate and making us Very Proud!! Needless to say, we are extremely blessed beyond measure and enjoying every single aspect of This Wonderful Journey we call LIFE!!

I made a promise to myself that I would attempt to upload more recipes and stories etc to this Blog on the regular!! So you guys, hold me to that promise! I've had numerous people ask me when I was going to start blogging again and I kept saying soon, so now here I am!!

Talk to you all very soon and I promise I'm working on my next Blog Post *hint*, its a Yummy Chicken dish that I prepared for My hubby on Valentines Day!
